A Fathers Day Giveaway with Entenmanns

Fathers Day is just around the corner.  June is here and we are feeling it with 80-degree weather and up!  When Fathers Day rolls around we love to show our dads and granddads the love around here with special meals, homemade cards, and gifts.  

What kind of Fathers Day would it be without breakfast?  Because Fathers Day always falls on Sundays and we go to church that morning we don’t have a lot of time for a huge breakfast so we save the bigger meal for dinner.  So this year it will be donuts and milk and juice for us.  Entenmanns is one of my family’s favorite box donuts.  They come in frosted chocolate or you can get a variety.  These donuts truly are the best!  

 
Fathers are so important now more than ever.  Our kids need their guidance, their encouragement, and their love.  My husband has truly been that kind of dad to my three kids.  They are all almost grown now and yet they still come to dad for advice and enjoy his company.  I think one of his strongest attributes has been his parenting.  He is always there with a helpful hand and an encouraging spirit.

This year Entenmann’s® Donuts is hosting its first-ever Entemann’s® Donuts “EntenMAN of The Year Father’s Day Contest” to celebrate anyone who has made a fatherly impact on your life – whether a Dad, coach, teacher, or other – in time for Father’s Day!

Between now and June 21, you can visit www.entenmanoftheyear.com to submit your nomination for “EntenMAN of the Year.”  You will fill out an entry form and share a short response describing why you believe your nominee deserves to win the “EntenMAN of the Year” title, plus a Grand Prize Package

The grand prize winner will win the “EntenMAN of the Year” title and will receive the Grand Prize, which includes free Entenmann’s® Donuts for a year and a VIP all-expenses-paid Race Trip package to attend races in Daytona, Florida, scheduled to take place in February 2022.

Five finalists will be chosen by a panel of judges to move on to the Voting Phase. Each finalist (whether the nominee or nominator) will be asked to submit an original short video describing why they deserve the title, and fans will be called on to help vote for their favorite candidate.

The nominee with the second-highest score will be deemed the First Prize winner and will receive free Entenmann’s® Donuts for a year in addition to a race-used, Entenmann’s-autographed driver fire suit. The remaining finalists and nominators of each of the five finalists will all receive free Entenmann’s® Donuts for a year.

  • All entries must be submitted by June 21 via www.entenmanoftheyear.com to qualify.

    I will be working but I am a server so I will see alot of people celebrating Father’s Day.

    Mailing cards to our dads – they live in different states from us, so that’s about it!

    I don’t have any plans, but my nephew and his wife recently became parents, and I hope I can have a visit!!

    We will probably go to a local “family entertainment center”, which has mini-golf, go-carts, arcade games, ziplines, etc.

    No specific plans. My dad passed away several years ago, so our father’s day is a pretty quiet one.
    Lots of good memories of good/happy times.
