It doesn’t take much to please a mother when it comes to Mother’s Day! Mostly we just want to be acknowledged and know we are appreciated. Homemade artwork, pretty candles, or a cheap bouquet of freshly picked wildflowers are just enough to say I love you!
However, if you are looking for more ideas than that I have put together a list of some of my favorite things to get hoping it might inspire you!
Bath Basket – A basket made to pamper mom would be a great gift! Bubble Bath, Shower Gel, Razors, Lotion, and/or anything mom loves to relax with!
A special hair appointment, pedicure, or spa day – Some moms would love a day to be pampered, I will be honest, this isn’t really my thing but many ladies love it! Again, it’s knowing their love language!
Flowers – It is not often moms usually get fresh flowers and they are always a treat! I love a fresh bouquet on my table, the smell and the colors are just wonderful!
Special Coupons for her to redeem – a night out with dad, a clean house, or a special way to serve her!
Homemade Goodness – There is no mom that doesn’t love the homemade cards and crafts her children or grandchildren make her. They bless her so much and mean everything, even more than the store-bought stuff
Books – if the mom in your life loves books you can never go wrong with a new novel or a book of something that interests her, I love books so I think they make wonderful gifts!
Craft Supplies – If the mom in your life loves to scrapbook, sew, draw, or any specific craft she would love to have supplies.
Photographs in special frames or Scrapbook/photo gifts – there is something very special about photographs and scrapbooks that mom holds dear! It shows the love of family and those who are dear to her. These always make special gifts!
